Rue Mouffetard
This is one of the oldest and liveliest neighbourhoods in Paris. It is a small but long pedestrian avenue lined with shops, cafés, restaurants and boulangeries/pâtisseries (bakeries/bakeshops). This is where I found the least expensive yet great tasting croissant!
In my second visit to this place, I bumped into a Chinese student studying in Nice, France, currently doing a summer job as a sales staff in a Tart/Quiche shop owned by a Chinese couple! According to him, majority of his clients are locals.
